Our Stationery Process

Most custom stationery projects are completed within 4–6 weeks. This typically includes 1–2 weeks for concept development, approximately 1 week for revisions and approvals, and 1–2 weeks for production and delivery. A personalised project timeline is provided for every project, outlining key milestones and deadlines to keep everything running smoothly.

DISCOVERY BRIEFING

Using your inspiration and brief, we create two bespoke design concepts that explore different creative directions tailored to your event.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

We begin by getting to know your vision, style preferences, event details and stationery requirements, creating a clear foundation for the project.

REFINEMENT

Once you've selected your preferred concept, we refine the design through two rounds of feedback and amendments to ensure every detail feels just right. Additional revision rounds can be quoted for if required.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

Following final approval, your stationery moves into production. We oversee the printing process and coordinate delivery to ensure everything arrives beautifully finished and ready for your event.
